The Trump administration has escalated attacks on U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, with White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt calling him a “Democrat activist” and criticizing his wife’s political donations.
This follows Boasberg’s order blocking the deportation of Venezuelan migrants the administration claims are gang members. Trump ignored the order and deported them to El Salvador.
Trump also called Boasberg a “Radical Left Lunatic” and backed impeachment efforts.
Chief Justice John Roberts rebuked Trump and reaffirmed that judicial decisions should not be grounds for impeachment.
You do have to give them your fingerprints if you get a concealed carry license (in the states I’m familiar with at least). That may not be the best plan if your intent is to protect yourself from a tyrannical government. I’m not saying it’s a bad idea just something to consider before you pull the trigger, metaphorically speaking of course.
