No shit. They repealed regulations on belt speed in meat processing plants to compensate for the supply chain constraints form deported migrants. Faster processing, fewer people, and lower oversight means tainted meat incoming.
To be fair, that outbreak was in November.
I thought it ran through February, but you’re right. The FDA closed it and decided not to report it in February. I edited my comment to keep from misleading people. Thanks for prompting me to double check.
