I’m pretty sure that Beyer Dynamic has a number of models which are fully made in Germany, and thanks to DankPods I’m also aware of Meze being made in Romania!

I don’t even know many open-earbuds producers, the only one I know from Europe (probably made in China) are Nothing Open-ears
