Its Mullberry season, first time trying it. Really happy with how it turned out. I forgot about it for an extra few days and it generated lots of carbonation.

Great looking carbonation
I lost about half the bottle to it bubbling off when i Initially opened it .The bottle was like an air compressor tank, it just kept off gassing. When I saw the bottle today, it had already leaked some out, which is lucky for me because I’m pretty sure the glass would have shattered otherwise.
Have you considered force carbonating? Its always consistent.
