This is a Mage:The Ascension (20th Anniversary Victorian Age) tabletop role-playing game Chronicle which has spaces for up to 5 Players.
It all starts with the players being asked to investigate strange happenings in Whitechapel in London around a new tram service set up there recently. It is suspected that strange magicks are involved.
