This is a Mage:The Ascension (20^th Anniversary) tabletop role-playing game Chronicle.

It all starts with the player characters being asked at short notice to follow the trail of a Grimoire which has gone missing off a van en route from the British Library in London to the British Library’s archive facility in Holbeck in Leeds.
