    How is this uplifting? This is more depressing than anything. A child has to raise money for victims of the fire? How disgraceful of America. The government should be giving out money to the victims and kid should be able to enjoy their childhood.

        There’s zero joy in one of the richest countries of the world not helping victims of a fire while a singular child has to raise money for them, there’s no logic either.

        The US is awful.

      I know it’s hard to believe, but there are some kind humans out there that truly care and only want to help.

      And this came from Seattle, one of the most progressive cities in the US.
