Hey all!

Figured I’d share a cool vegan recipe from Sunrise Soya, who makes their tofu in Canada with Canadian soybeans! Without coming off like like a sponsor segment, I genuinely enjoy their tofu in stir-frys and the likes, so even though I’ve yet to try this recipe myself, I’m sure it’ll be great.

Don’t forget to add malt vinegar to the chips! Always a great pairing.
