I don’t remember a scene like that, but it’s been decades since I saw the film.
The movie is about appliances that have become old, tired and forgotten and struggle with their lack of purpose, but it ends with the main characters happily returning to their original roles so it wouldn’t surprise me if there was a scene showing what the cars became and I forgot. I do remember that the air conditioner that dies in the intro got such a scene.
The entire movie has been uploaded on YouTube. I’ll have to rewatch it one of these days - I can only imagine how much went over my head as a kid!
