KNOWN ISSUES
- Comment reply button is temporarily missing. Swipe left to reply for now, and we’ll get the button back in the next build!
- Community List/Search view may not show remote instances until widespread adoption of LemmyAPI v0.18.0 which just released. Be patient!
- Swipe voting on posts have a slight delay to feedback due to server delay
- Feed sort setting may not persist after updates

- Full a11y compliance which should work perfectly with iOS’s Accessibility functionality like Guided Access and Screen Reader coming. Each build comes with increased functionality!

This release has cemented my belief that Mlem will be the default iOS Lemmy experience. Incredible work on display here. To everyone at the Mlem team thank you so much and can’t wait to see what the future is for Mlem!!

I have the test flight versions of Mlem and Memmy installed. Lately I’ve been opening Memmy more because the UI was better to me.
Until today.
I grabbed the new Teatflight link, downloaded it and opened it up. I had to check to make sure I opened the right app!
Sure there are some performance issues and glitches to get worked out - but Wow! It looks really nice now!

Wow! This update is absolutely wonderful! I am amazed at how far you’ve come in such a short period of time. I first installed Mlem the night before the Reddit blackout started, and you’ve definitely come leaps and bounds since then. Great job!

Looks great, posting from the new beta! First thing i noticed is the big text you use at the top of this, in the main feed, it is way too big, taking up a lot of space :) Good work guys, looking forward to all the work you guys do.

My god this update is amazing! You fixed Lemmy for me mate!
Many instances are upgrading to the new LemmyAPI 0.18 and are experiencing lags and downtime during that process. We just happened to launch this new beta at the same time. Be patient with them!
I’m having issues logging into my Lemmy.world account. But I am able to log into on other apps like Memmy/limbo. I am able to log into my lemmy.ml account on Mlem with no issue.
Is my issue related to the lemmyapi update? I wouldn’t think so since I can log in on other apps but I’m no programmer lol.

I’ve never been able to login with my self-hosted instance using Mlem but all of the other apps work just fine….I just updated Lemmy to 0.18 and this new beta still gives error messages…. “uses an outdated instance of Lemmy that Mlem doesn’t support” but I’ve been running the current stable versions the entire time. Any ideas?
PM me some test credentials and I can debug this when I get a chance.

I found the swipe to be a tad sensitive, the comments and posts wiggle a bit to the side when I scroll past it. Also, I can’t find the search, I’m on the latest beta. Help?
Besides that, this app is solid and I’m trying it over Memmy. I like the design more.
Oh wow, I just found the search feature… It’s not intuitive at all, I managed to use it by accident. A search field on the communities list would be way easier to find and use.
