Upgrade from Ryzen 3800X to 5700X3D worth it?

I’m talking purely about Gaming Performance here.

I’m not yet ready to upgrade to AM5 and the logical upgrade on my X570 mainboard would be the 5800X3D, however the CPU seems to be sold out everyhwere? The next best thing would be the 5700X3D, however I don’t know if the performance upgrade is worth it.

Someone here who has any advice?
