You vote for candidates from your passport Country to the EU parliament in the Country you live in. So i guess no, a french citizen living in Belgium can not vote at 16, but a belgian citizen living in France can vote at 16. Would be my guess.

We are talking about EU elections. You vote for candidates from your passport Country to the EU parliament in the Country you live in.
So i guess no, a french citizen living in Belgium can not vote at 16, but a belgian citizen living in France can vote at 16. Would be my guess.
