LMAO in the link, they call it a company town. It’s not even saying the quiet part out loud anymore. It’s trying to make ‘fetch’ happen, but it’s the active dismantling of the worker protections achieved in the last century.

    If I was a billionaire I bet I could make such a good city as a fuck off vanity project.

    I’d hire some Chinese city planner to do all the work, then spend the entire project partying at some tropical island so I don’t get in their way.

      unfortunately if you were so hollow as to become a billionaire you would be more interested in extracting maximum profits than creating a good city
