It’s a great dish, and comes in so many variations. It’s often just called Tom Yum Noodles, although I always struggled with seeing the connection to the soup. The base might be the same, but cooks get very creative with additional ingredients. When done properly, it’s also one of the spiciest dishes you’ll find.
