    There is a virus thats spread through ticks that causes those symptoms. Its been spreading across the world this past year and tends to affect those who’ve been out in the wild or through grass fields.

    I would doubt it was ebola as the tweets suggest. That very obviously tends to make the eyes and orifices bleed quite profusely.
