And its not just abdominal issues they ignore either. I go in with an obvious ear infection (pus leaking and everything) and get told its a sinus issue. Didnt even look in my fucking ears! I went back 3 times until some intern decided to actually have a fucking look and I got some antibiotics.
That’s some bullshit! I’ve also had other issues ignored. I have a genetic mutation that makes me susceptible to certain cancers, one of which is lipoma cancer. I have a lipoma on my shin and the three doctors I’ve shown have dismissed it as “small” (it’s 3 inches wide now) and refused to order a biopsy or removal because it’s an “aesthetic” surgery. I need to try again but I’m exhausted dealing with asshole doctors that won’t listen to me.
