A gaming sub free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it’s price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don’t meet the system requirements, or just haven’t had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

Consider consolidating to just one community to not split our relatively small group.

I’ve joined both, but will probably be more active at the other.

    Yeah I’d be interested in a community like that, looks like this was posted on another instances Meta community, anyone know of somewhere for Lemmy meta posting?

        Ooft, that’s unfortunate. I guess as this thread shows, not a lot of people are aware of the issues with lemmy.ml, wonder if it’s enough to push people away from that instance.
