I had been using an account on kbin.social without any problems. Then I changed the email address associated with it to a newly-created alias. I did not realize until too late that the alias was not actually valid yet when I made the change.

kbin logged me out. When I try to login I get the message “Your account is not active.” I’ve tried multiple login and triple-checked the password, but I get the same message every time.

I asked to reset my password. I got the reset email, clicked on the link, changed the password, and it all seemed to work. But I still get the same message when I try to login.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I don’t want to lose the account.

    All is good! Ernest fixed my account for me. I don’t know how he manages everything he is currently doing, but I certainly appreciate the results. Thank you!
