A weak ending to the season unfortunately. I was really hoping she’d get to meet Beatrice at the graveyard, instead of some new blond guy. All we got was more reinforcement about the main couple’s romance without advancing it much.
Overall I had fun with the series. The cast is enjoyable. And the isekai setup as the victim in a plot-device murder is a fun angle to explore. I hope it gets more seasons.
Agree that the ending felt a bit weak. I think that picking up the pace in the show a bit more and getting further in the story would have helped things. At the moment, Raeliana is still a character without much agency, and it would be great to see a bit of her future character growth.
Yeah I kept with it because of the great things I heard with the Manhwa but I knew most KR adaptations don’t do that well at the moment. This does leave room for a season 2 but I’m not so sure we’ll get one considering the popularity of the show doesn’t seem that high. This entire season really doesn’t answer any questions either and it doesn’t feel like a meaningful arc.
