I really wish Elon would get tired of SpaceX so it can actually be utilized as an amazing tool to further man’s exploration into space instead of some vanity project he probably cares less about than Twitter. I’m sure all the SpaceX people would like to get an actual visionary to lead as well.

He already borrowed a billion from it to buy Twatter. What happens the next time he wants to buy something? Hate to see them go the way of ULA, just this money printing machine that the owners don’t feel the need to reinvest in.

I think it’s funny that there’s a reverse correlation for how well his companies do based on involved with the company he is.

The report is not publicly disclosed as it contains proprietary information with specific details to Starship and SpaceX’s internals.

While I think these companies should definitely be regulated, I’m not sure how feasible or sustainable it is to nationalize them. It might curtail competition from fostering, if people who are responsible for introducing disruptive companies are less incentivized from creating companies.

As much as I’m not a fan and I’m highly critical of Musk, one can’t deny the disruptive impact his companies have had on the industries, and him forcing traditional car manufacturers to innovate. If his companies get nationalized, would that discourage others from creating potentially positively disruptive companies that would force existing industries to innovate?

musk should be separated from starlink and spacex at this point. hes proven he cannot be trusted. im not sure about nationalizing them though.
