The local farmers market had some frozen dough. Thought why not! Not used the oven in ages. It cooked so well! Did 5 pizza like this for the family with different toppings.

      Did you know that “now we’re cooking with gas” was a marketing campaign from natural gas companies? They paid Bob Hope to say it until it took off.

        I was asking because that pizza oven has the two modes (wood, gas) and I was wondering which one gives such nice results.
