Which means 90 employees left, and apparently it’s a shit show? 90 employees is like three classrooms of kids. And you’re telling me that there handful of leaders there are so terrible, people are unionizing?
Sounds like pretty standard leadership to me. Positions in upper management pretty much everywhere tend to attract power tripping assholes.
Why would you ever not unionize after half the crew just got fired for stupid reasons?
