If that’s her walking around the town outfit I’d be interested to see what her formal ceremony robes look like.

So funny story. Those ARE her formal ceremony robes.

Acolytes and junior priestesses have to wear the standard robes for their duties (the white robe with the green mantle). Full priestesses use that outfit for day-to-day work (the mantle has a gold trim to show they’re a full priestess but sometimes I forget to draw it), but they’re allowed to wear their own designs for “formal occasions.” Senior priestesses have no restrictions on robe design, and the High Priestess is supposed to be fancy 100% of the time.

When Konsi got promoted to full priestess, she had this set made for the ceremony, but hasn’t had an opportunity to use the outfit since. It’s the nicest outfit she owns, and she didn’t want to do a “rush job” on something for the date.

Now, eagle eyed readers might think “wait, but she went to a tailor” - and she did, but she’s not currently wearing the outfit she had designed (it’s too complex for them to have made it in time) - however, that doesn’t mean the outfit won’t be making an appearance…

Thanks so much! I’m using bristol board for my paper, coloursoft pencils for colour, and pigment liners for linework.

Here’s the specific tools and brands I use.

Love how someone is like “I’m gonna smash your ugly teeth into your skull” and Konsi is like hey those cursing spells are for real threats

I always laugh looking at this one, that she’s more mad about him getting “how magic works” wrong than she is about the threats.

Sadly, they took that out in 5th. True Polymorph becomes “until dispelled” if you concentrate for the duration, but it doesn’t become a curse (And thus can’t be dispelled by remove curse).

Konsi’s only level 9 here though, so she only has the regular flavour polymorph (and wouldn’t get true polymorph at 17). For those wondering how a cleric has Polymorph, a Trickery Domain cleric gets Polymorph and Dimension Door as their domain spells.

Reminda me when I was playing a cleric and a sailor had the balls to call our doggy ugly. I Commanded him to jump overboard for a swim.
