A cool feature of the fediverse is the ability to use one platform to interact with another platform. The textbook example which works are the Mastodon account commenting on peertube.

Federation from kbin doesn’t work right now because of their Cloudflare Anti-DDoS check that also blocks off legitimate automated requests. We’ll have to wait until they can manage the load without it.
Yikes. That’s a pretty big issue to overcome.
