          this is actually wild then. democracy is a right. everyone deserves one vote, whether u like their opinion or not. maybe use your words to convince them instead next time

            Fascists don’t believe in democracy. There is no talking to them and they won’t obey the rules of the system. They must be crushed without mercy or we can kiss democracy goodbye.

                It’s completely dishonest to pretend that the situation we are in is the usual left vs right debate. It’s people who believe in the Constitution and democracy vs fascists. Fascism isn’t just a political disagreement. It is an existential threat to all freedom.

            So what happens when the vote decides who lives or dies? Because that is unironically what’s been happening the past few years. Do we let people vote to kill or ostracize innocents?

            I don’t disagree with you but the American political situation is becoming so monstrously genocidal that that is a serious question we need to ask
