I have been using the website and instance Lemmy.ml to make a community but every time I presstehe create button it just gives an unending loading animation. Am i doing something wrong?

The community likely already exists and has been deleted by its creator. The creators account may also be deleted. Try yourinstance.tld/c/communityname to see if anything comes up. If so you may need to message your server admins from the sidebar

Did you do it via url as above? They dont show up from what i can tell with the ! Syntax. If you did the url then i have no idea
it’s because the srv is overloaded probably, it’s why i’m here.
Be sure to only use lowercase, and no underscores. The UI warning about this is broken.
How long is it meant to take for the community to be created. Its doing the same thing
Wait that’s on lemmy.ml? Sorry, I missed that part. I think they don’t allow users to make coms, you may need to ask admins. I saw a thread to suggest new coms.
