I know immigration and border law is weird, but how is this kind of viewpoint discrimination Constitutional? Even non-citizens have Constitutional rights while they’re here.
Communists are not a protected class. A law banning Communists would only have to pass a rational basis test to meet Constitutional scrutiny standards.
I’ll assume there’s a ban on fascists too once I finish this operation on my paperclip
