Why does the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada refuse to get a security clearance to see classified documents. He is the first to scream about being left out, but this is entirely up to him. Its a purposeful choice. This way PP gets to scream about government secrets to his sycophants. If he went and did the right thing, he would both be properly informed and unable to constantly spew conspiracies.
