If you want a combat training course,go to a college or a temple, learn basic stuff from there (like british culture,etc) and put your money where your mouth may be. It’s not about the results. It’s more about the experience. The more you practice, the more you realize, and become better at it. (Not sure how to say this, but it’s my opinion). For now, this is just a starting point, and I can’t guarantee you’ll be able to have all the answers you need.
