I watched lost really late, but i also hardly knew anything about it. The beginning is so much fun, and then it turns more and more into a show where it feels like they have no idea what they want to do with that show.
It’s easy to write confusing pilots that sets up a universe but the problem is that neither Jar Jar, nor any of the writers that stuck around after the strike had the talent or vision to actually resolve the plot points so they just kept adding more and more until the show was just comically retarded and when they realized there was absolutely NO hope of resolving a single fucking thing, they just played the dead card and rolled credits.
I loved season 1 of Lost. Back then, I had no idea who he was or that there were no answers coming.
