I am still working full-time remote. There are definitely some social aspects of going to the office I miss, but I really don’t miss the commute or the shitty office politics. Overall I feel I am still more productive from home and happier overall.

I and my wife switched to the remote mode with our current employers and went digital nomading, I mean it is a totally different life RN, every couple of months a different country rather than same apartment and same comute for years. I won’t go back to office for the next couple of years for sure. And it actually better for the employer because I am in much better mental state to actually work, I have more time to do ot and less inclined to leave because it is a bit harder to find a good paying fully remote work without freelance hastle.
