I don’t even know who these, “enlightened centrists” are supposed to be. I don’t know anyone who claims that identity and I don’t know anyone who advocates for an even blend of what everyone else is saying.
As near as I can tell, both the term “enlightened centrism” and the idea that there are people who want an even blend of polices are straw men.
