    That’s a good idea, however, how would a person in the US find a foreign provider that would offer roaming service in the US? Or was that statement more about when roaming internationally?

      For that you would have to check all plans offered to check for foreign data.

      I bought a french data plan (free mobile) when traveling to the US and Canada because it was cheaper than local plans. Might not be the cheapest though.
