Can’t tax the poors with speed bumps

It doesn’t stop the criddlers from hauling ass over them and letting the trailers they’re towing smash into parked cars … or people. Just had that happen around the corner the other day.

Of course, no plates to be seen on truck or trailer so cameras wouldn’t do anything either…
