Started making dough over longer periods of time (1-3 days) and made this with veggie chorizo crumbles on top. Loved the crust on this one. Upgraded earlier in the year to a pizza stone in the oven (550).

How do your get your crumbles? Is it pre made that you crumble your self? You got me curious and hungry lol
