I’ve never seen those before, they look amazing.
They’re pretty cool. They grow on logs everywhere here. I use them in dishes because for their size they pack a bunch of flavor. Or even nibbled raw (one of the only shrooms I’ll peck at without cooking) it has a very peppery taste.
