Sorry to necro this. But for someone, for some reason, looking at Lemmy about this very topic: I used the Keitai 4 and I thought it was amazing. The trouble is that phone calls and texts would be silently dropped both ways too often. I’m in Canada. I’m not sure if dumbphones often have this issue – possibly it’s that only two bands had overlap. Still, something to keep in mind when importing.
