Scrolls are always the worst for me. They’re never used but they usually don’t weigh anything either. I’m carrying half a library with me near the end of the game.
In Skyrim (at least) I’ve understood that it takes a lot more time to cast scroll-based spells than…well, “normal” spells.
One of the reasons I don’t favor over them.
