We all know that Phil Spencer is responsible for the XBOX departure of Microsoft. So he would be the equivalent to Jim Ryan or the successor. I’m curious, because Jim Ryan is not formerly know to be responsible for Playstation games, it’s Herman Hulst or before him Shun Yoshida. Has Microsoft a person that oversee the develoment of games, gives feedback about games and their Quaility? Which person would that be? I sometimes have the feeling Phil is for sure a gamer and exiting, but not always aware what a quality game is. At the release of the Series X|S consoles he called it a bummer that they moved the Helo games back because of the mentioned Quality problems that were pinned out by the community. So wasn’t phil aware of the qualit of these games or does he want to push out such a famours brand on release, regardless of the current state of the game. We all know that Helo was even on the later release not finished (multiplayer for example). I don’t want to say xbox studio isn’t able to do good games, just some of them need maybe more developement time.
