I fucked up

I ate my stepdads shroom bar on accident and I didnt know it was shrooms. Now both of my parents are extremely distant towards me and they aren’t speaking to eachother. They took away everything that I have and I’m grounded for an unspecified amount of time. I even tried to explain that I didnt know but my mom doesn’t care. She still hasn’t told my stepdad that I didnt know because they wont speak. Even my little sister noticed that he doesn’t love me at all. What the fuck do I do? I’m only 15 P.S. I tried to kms the other night right after and I’m pissed I failed. I’ve nearly caused them to divorce 3 times this is probably number 4.
