Real talk how the hell do you determine that from an autopsy??
From gun shots, likely not anywhere near enough damage to his arms if unless they were up. You can also test him residue which he didn’t have.
No powder burns on his hands, probably.
This is a guess, but if your arms are up and you are shot, your torso is stretched so the gunshot would would leave a tunnel that is more round when the body has it’s arms raised, and more closed when they are down.
If they fired the gun, there would be gunpowder residue on the hands
