IDF had denied it was them. Also, they have almost nothing to gain from this but condemnation. On the otherhand, there is a literal terrorist organization in Gaza known for attacking its citizens and blaming it on Israel, who has a lot to gain from putting this event on Israel. IDF said it seems to be an accidental friendly fire. I’m not saying Hamas intended to hit the hospital, but after the hospital was hit, they benefit greatly if the world believes Israel did it.
