looking to make ice cream in small 3-4oz (100ml) tubs with lids for a kids party. Anyone have feedback on using compostable Cups made out of Bagasse (sugarcane fibre) or similar for storing / freezing portions? The Bagasse ones seem to be commonly used for serving, but not sure if they would impact flavour if stored for awhile. I’ve found corn starch based clear ones as well but like the paper idea more.
