I didn’t realize a lot about depression and felt like I could just eat right or exercise… The Hilarious World of Depression podcast really helped me figure out we aren’t just a good day away from being fine.
So you’re depressed and can’t sleep, so you sleep less which makes you more depressed, which means you fall asleep late, so you get even less sleep…
