The login functionality on Connect like many other lemmy is to set the instance name followed by the username & password. I was wondering if it’s possible to include the instance name in the username? Such as [email protected].
The benefits of this would be to simplify the login functionality and allow users to store this information in a password manager.

Good idea! I might need to be a bit creative with checking if instance1.com is a Lemmy instance and not someone trying to log in with their email though.
