Hi guys! I’m having the doubt and came to ask for any recommendations of drink water reminder apps. Downloaded AquaDroid from F Droid, but doesn’t appear to be working notifications??? Thanks in advance

Your body is highly calibrated, drink when you’re thirsty.

If you’re having trouble with water retention, reduce your sugar intake, especially sugary drinks. They mess up your electrolyte balance…

Is your post saying you have gout? In that case just use the alarm on your phone, set water drinking alarms.

Have a bottle of cool crisp water with you at all times. It’ll make it easier just to take a sip when you’re feeling it

I find that one of these can come in handy if you’re too busy with your hands to drink. You do have to replace the beer cans with water bottles, though.

Set multiple alarms on your phone to go off at the same time each day. One at 10, noon, 3:45, etc. Give them a cute, short, non obnoxious ring tone that wont annoy you to hear repeatedly.

If you havent drank any water recently when they go off, do so.

I do this for recovery exercise. Easy to forget to stretch and do some small weight training to help heal post surgery, but the phone alarm never forgets.

It will work just fine for any other regular daily reminder. Helps you keep time too.
