My mom always used to make some variant of this chickpea salad, and it was always bomb. Also, not that hard to make, and quite filling, especially if you dress it up with all the fixins

I’ve tried this recipe with both tahini and vegan mayo and I gotta say tahini wins by a long shot. The mayo made it taste really weird imo. With tahini, it actually makes a surprisingly convincing “tuna” salad!
Great and easy recipe! Thanks for contributing so much to this, I’ve been looking around for some more niche communities that aren’t ~1 post a week. I hope to see this one keep growing.
