Given the claim of “pinkwashing” I think they’re saying that we use a veneer of LGBT support to couch our horrible evil communist views. This is similar to how Israel claims to be pro-LGBT while committing genocide etc.
In reality their brain is just broken and they refuse to accept that LGBT people could be to the left of them.
