Solo miners have balls of steel. Some of them bet tens of thousands of dollars on renting hash for short periods for a low chance of hitting a block. I hope they’re merge mining to at least earn back a little in shitcoins they can dump. Once in a while, one get lucky, but its total gambling when you’re solo.
