    Not great. My infant daughter died 8 months ago, and every once in a while I have a very very shitty day. Today be that day.

      In case people didn’t know, Opossums eat ticks (lots of them), and other pests. And, they are naturally rabies resistant.

          I was recommended a good set of techniques for these. I also struggled crazy with intrusive thoughts. It’s called ACT. The book explaining is called “a liberated mind”. These conditions can be improved :) good luck!
